Finding a Job
DeafConnect works closely with the State of Tennessee’s Department of Human Services and Vocational Rehabilitation. Whether you are involved in the Vocational Rehabilitation program or not, make an appointment to work with one of our Employment Specialists. They can work with you regarding employment needs, including resume writing, job searches, completing applications for employment, job placement, and much more. DeafConnect often provides interpreting services for area job and career fairs. Those fairs that will have interpreters provided will be listed at our office. Please check the Upcoming Events page to know which events DeafConnect will be involved.
For assistance with one of our Employment Specialists, please call the office to make an appointment.
We do have computers and video phones available for use in our office. Those are available to the public during open hours. No appointment is needed to use the computer or video phone.
